We carefully screen each potential family before adoption to minimize the risks of re-homeing our adopted puppies, and prevent any possibility of these rescues being used for profit.  The application and interview enable us to better assist you with matching you and our available puppies.

Upon application approval, your name will be placed on our waiting list.  You will be notified when a potential puppy becomes available. Your application MUST BE APPROVED to be placed on our waiting list.

• MPR reserve the right to refuse adoption. If your pet adoption application is not approved, We will do our best to explain the reason(s). A adoption denial is not a rejection of you as a person nor a judgement to an individual ; it is a refusal to place a pet in a situation that we do not feel is a good match with the applicant or does not meet our policies.

MPR complies with all rules and regulations from USDA, CDC and U.S customs on transporting rescue puppies from South Korea to U.S.. This may delay your puppy adoption to meet puppy’s vaccination/quarantine frame.

* MPR does not guarantee waiting periods after application approval.  It may vary from a few weeks to months depending on your breed and gender preference* ( any other multiple personal preferences including puppy color, size/weight, marking request may result application withdrawal ). – Once we receive an upcoming puppy’s flight schedule**, our adoption coordinator will contact the approved adopter that is next on the waiting list.

** Flight schedules are not guaranteed and subject to change due to puppy’s condition and or cargo availability.

Adoption Cost:Although We want to keep our adoption cost law as possible at all time, Due to COVID-19 with very limited air spaces, Please understand MPR adoption cost will raise to $850 / puppy , excluding *French Bulldog, English Bulldog, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Welsh Corgi, and  any other larger breed over 10lbs.  * additional shipping fees will be added by the weight.

MPR puppies are FREE of charge.

Adoption cost covers the following:

• Puppy’s current diet dry or and wet food to go home with.
• International/Domestic flight transportation fee
• U.S border protection clearance fee
• Rabies, DHPPL vaccination
• Initial Exam upon arrival at AnimalCare at Closter, NJ.
• Puppy maintenance (Food,Grooming,Vet cost) while shelter/Fostering in U.S upon arrival.
• Transportation Kennel – Hard Case

MPR Health Guarantee and 7 days Return Policy:

Please read through below carefully as our guarantees and return policy is very limited.

MPR will be presenting rescued puppy/dog and states that to the best of its knowledge, unless otherwise notified in separate medical disclosure, the puppy/dog being adopted is adoptable physical condition at the time of contract. all MPR puppy/dog will come with :

• Veterinary Health Certificate from Korea
• Certificate of Animal Quarantine
• Injection Certificate for his/her current vaccination.
• Initial physical exam by our U.S veterinarian upon arrival.

All puppies/dogs will get initial physical exam (excludes fecal test/x-rays) upon arrival in U.S. by licenced veterinarian. exam report will be provide to the adopter upon request. If your puppy/dog needs immediate treatment or medicine for a cough or an infection, MPR will provide medication to be sent home unless our vet finds puppy/dog is unsafe to go home to their parents upon arrival. Any aftercare or followup is adopter’s responsibility.

** We strongly recommend all adopters to get PET INSURANCE for their new puppy immediately after adoption because most pet insurance company will only enroll pets who took physical exam by an licensed veterinarian within 24~72 hours before purchasing the insurance.

Please take your new puppy to the licensed Veterinarian within the first 7 days of adoption. If for any reason your puppy is found unhealthy to keep, you may return the puppy to us for a full refund of your adoption fee within 7 days of adoption.
